Returns & Exchanges

We are able to offer returns or exchanges for items that are returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and saleable condition with all original tags attached.

The return or exchange request must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process for a return or exchange, please fill out our Returns & Exchanges Form using the button below. We do not accept returns or exchanges without a prior request.

INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Once your request is submitted and approved, you will receive further instructions via email on how and where to return your item(s).

Important Return Information

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for packages lost in transit.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • Please allow time for your return to be processed and inspected once we receive it.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. The processing time for a refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in inspecting and packing every order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via the Returns & Exchanges Form so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Any item not in its original condition (worn, washed, altered, or with damaged tags).
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear or improper care.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by making a clear statement (e.g., via the Returns & Exchanges Form). You must then return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
